At first they were neighbors. She lived in the apartment upstairs in downtown Saratoga Springs before their love story began.

A simple favor turned into a lifetime of happiness when Andrew offered to walk Phoebe’s dogs while she was out of town.

From that day forward, they have been inseparable. Their partnership has deepened into a once-in-a-lifetime love. They lift each other up as time flies by, and the days are filled with laughter, affection, family, friends and of course, their pups.

A few months into dating, Andrew and Phoebe began looking at houses together. They took a leap of faith on a ramshackle ranch and with the help of their families completely renovated it by hand (popcorn ceilings and all).
